Subject: Free Flu Vaccination at Salem High School on Sat, Nov 15th, 9a-12p
The Salem Board of Health will be hosting a walk-in flu vaccination clinic. The clinic is being held at the Salem High School, 77 Willson Street, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.CONTACT: Larry Ramdin, Health AgentTOWN: City of SalemTELEPHONE: 978-741-1800
- The clinics are open to Salem residents 12 years and older. A very limited supply of Flu-mist nasal spray vaccine will be available
- Please dress so that your upper arm can be accessed for vaccination
- If you have health insurance please bring your cards with you
- Vaccines will be provided to anyone requiring a vaccine whether you have insurance or not
Protect yourself from the seasonal flu GET VACCINATED
If you fall into any of the following categories, the Salem Board of Health strongly suggests you get your flu shot.
- Those with chronic illness, heart, lung, kidney, diabetes, cancer
- Those with compromised immune systems
- Those on aspirin therapy
People who are allergic to eggs might be at risk for allergic reactions from receiving any influenza vaccine and should consult with a doctor or other medical professional before considering any influenza vaccination.
Additional vaccination clinics will be held by appointment from, until vaccines are exhausted.
