We will start the meeting with elections for next year's HDSNA board. Board positions are two co-chairs and one each of treasurer, secretary, and communications officer. There are also at-large board positions for those wishing to help more generally. To nominate yourself or someone else for the HDSNA board, send email to info@hdsna.org.

Read the current bylaws (PDF) governing the HDSNA and its elections.

We will also vote on changes to the bylaws. Read the proposed changes (PDF).

Then share your voice with Salem's Youth Commission. The Youth Commission is facilitating dialogues across the city to increase awareness about immigration and to share insights and experiences of growing up in Salem to build bridges across differences and create a more welcoming city for everyone.
