Councillor Ward One
On Saturday, July 16th , in conjunction with the Black Picnic being held down the Willows, there will be a march with approximately 60 people to begin the event. The march will start at Derby Wharf at 10:00 a.m. and proceed straight down Derby St. to Fort Ave. to the Willows. There will be no major street closures. The Police will have rolling road blocks and anticipates that Derby St. and Fort Ave. will be clear for thru traffic in approximately ½ hour.
