February Meeting

Our first HDSNA meeting for the year will be on Monday, February 13th at the House of 7 Gables. Run time from 7-8PM with doors opening at 6:30 - come meet and mingle with your neighbors!

We'll be welcoming speakers from Destination Salem and Salem Main Streets to give us updates on their work and answer and questions from residents of the neighborhood.

Haunted Happenings 2022

The Haunted Happenings Grand Parade will take place on Thursday, October 6th, starting at 6:30 p.m. 

Road closures will take place along the parade route, including parts of Congress Street, Derby and New Derby Street, Central Street, Front Street, Washington Street, Essex Street along the pedestrian mall, Hawthorne Boulevard, and Washington Square West. 

Anticipate temporary no parking zones and traffic impacts around downtown Salem on Thursday evening as a result.”

Off Shore Wind

Join us on Wednesday, May 25th at 7:30pm at the House of Seven Gables where representatives from Crowley and Avangrid Renewables will discuss the goals, objectives, and timeline of the proposed Salem Offshore Wind Port project. It is a great opportunity to come and learn more about the project, meet the project proponents, and learn more about how you can get involved and receive updates in the coming months
